E-prescriptions:
E-prescriptions are computer-generated prescriptions created by your healthcare provider and sent directly to your pharmacy. We prescribe medications electronically.
We find this to be a safe, accurate & efficient process that allows you to obtain your medication more promptly. When requesting refills, please inform your pharmacy to send an electronic request.
Certain medications classified as controlled substances cannot be e-prescribed. In those cases, please have the pharmacy contact us by fax (281) -957-9157
Electronic Medical Health Record:
We use electronic medical records & we offer online access to your lab results through
Google Health & Quest Diagnostics. Electronic Records allow for easier sharing your
information with other physicians.
